Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Essential job functions
- Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities
- Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
- Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives
- Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
- Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
- Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
- Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce
- Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
- Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 1 Year Salesforce experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline and up to two years of administrative experience; or combination of education and work experience
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors
- Self-starter with a pro-active, take-charge orientation
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
