- Will be working across different meal services including conferencing, banquets, buffet, a la carte
- Working as part of a small team of professionals
Skills & Experience
- Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 2yrs experience in a restaurant
- Food Safety Certification.
- Excellent communicator.
- Flexibility to work around a varying roster
- Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines.
- Has a high level of personal morale and appearance.
- A positive and calm attitude
