Join our production team in Bellevue and lead warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations supporting the delivery of our Metronet project. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and compliant operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability, leading high-performing teams, and championing continuous improvement across the warehouse function.

We're looking for a proactive leader with strong warehouse and logistics experience, a passion for developing people, and a proven track record of operational excellence. As Warehouse Manager, you'll provide clear direction to the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain a strategic focus to ensure warehouse performance aligns with project objectives.

Your Role, Your Impact!

  • Lead safe and compliant warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and material flow.
  • Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock audits, SAP/ERP transaction management, and replenishment planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse performance through key metrics, including Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, Stock Turnover, Productivity, APSYS Compliance, and Safety.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to optimise logistics processes, resolve operational challenges, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:

  • Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP or other ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, KPI reporting and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field are advantageous.

Benefits include:

  • 18 weeks paid parental leave
  • Purchase up to 3 additional weeks of annual leave
  • Flexible public holidays - swap public holidays to suit your preference
  • ME day - an additional paid day off each year
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) plus access to our Wellbeing Hub
  • Family discounts on car hire and car sharing
  • Discounted private medical insurance, novated leasing
  • Salary Continuance Insurance.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
