This is a great opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a leading MAI / CTP team in Canberra which focuses on complex and high-value personal injury claims.

You’ll be working with Partners who are regarded as being the best in the industry, and known for being genuinely approachable, supportive, and strong mentors. They take a hands-on interest in the development of their senior team and create space for autonomy while remaining available for guidance and collaboration.

This team doesn’t handle motor vehicle property damage matters. Their focus is on catastrophic personal injury matters — including traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, and psychological harm. You’ll also advise on fraud and recovery matters, giving you access to a breadth of technically challenging work.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll have carriage of your own matters, direct client engagement, and support from a capable team. There’s also meaningful flexibility with a culture of trust for the senior lawyers to manage their own workload in a way that suits their lifestyle.

This role would suit a MAI / CTP lawyer with strong technical skills and sound judgment, who’s looking to deepen their expertise in catastrophic injury matters while working in a collegiate, stable, and well-supported team.
