As an Ecologist with 2–4 years' experience, join a well-regarded Environmental Consultancy where the project work is varied, but the travel doesn't take over your life.
With projects predominantly across South East Queensland, there's a strong culture of getting people home at night rather than spending weeks away on field trips.

The Role
You'll contribute to field assessments, technical reporting and ecological approvals, supported by an experienced team and specialists across the wider business.
Undertake terrestrial flora and fauna assessments and ecological reporting.
Contribute to ecological offset assessments and EPBC referrals.
Prepare and assist with Environmental Management Plans.
Work alongside Environmental Planning and GIS specialists to deliver ecological solutions for projects.
The Team
You’ll sit within the Ecology team of a broader Environmental and Planning consultancy, surrounded by Environmental Planners, Digital/GIS specialists and Ecological Design professionals.
The Directors are well known, reputable and genuinely well liked by their people.
It's a supportive environment for an Ecologist looking to build their technical capability and broaden their project exposure.
You can be based in either the Brisbane (Fortitude Valley) or Sunshine Coast office.
Experience
