We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as a Casual Front Desk Receptionist.

About the Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping create a positive and welcoming gym environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming members and visitors to the gym
- Assisting with membership enquiries and sign-ups
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Providing friendly customer service
- Helping with general reception and administrative duties
- Keeping the reception area clean and organised and mopping bathrooms and general duty cleaning
- Supporting the team with daily gym operations
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Enjoys working with people and as part of a team
- Has an interest in health and fitness
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- University students studying fitness, sport or related fields are encouraged to apply
No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Working Hours & Pay
Casual position - 10 hours per week
- Monday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
