Ally Fashion is an Australian-based multi-brand fast-fashion destination that provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. We are on the lookout for an energic Part-time Sales Assistant to join our Armada Arndale store!
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will see the successful candidate focused on delivering an AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers, and recognising loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner. Each team member will be the ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we make every day a brighter day as a team! The Part Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in various areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with, and understanding customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining other in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.

To be successful in this role you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will need to be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also have an individual flair who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, and a desire to continuously exceed customers’ expectations. Proven experience in retail (preferably fashion) will be an advantage.
