Qualifications/Pre-requisites:
Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing (or recognized international equivalent).
Australian Residents: Citizens, Permanent Residents, and unrestricted Australian visa holders are warmly invited to apply.
International Candidates (UK, New Zealand, South Africa): Allura is an approved employer sponsor and welcomes applications for Subclass 482 visa sponsorship. To be eligible, applicants must hold recognized national trade qualifications (e.g., UK NVQ Level 3 or equivalent), possess verified senior styling experience, and demonstrate fluent professional English. (Sponsorship is strictly considered for qualified candidates meeting these exact standards).
Skills/Attributes:
A warm, client-centric consultation approach with pride in your personal and professional presentation.
Strong technical background in providing 5-star guest experience, contemporary colouring (dimensional blondes, balayage, custom palettes), and style cutting techniques.
