About the Role
We are currently seeking a Monogastric Sales Representative to join our team, based in Victoria. You will play an integral role within the Monogastric Sales Team, and will directly liaise with on-farm clientele, businesses, and consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business growth and development in the nutrition sector, offering an impressive portfolio of nutritional products.
- Maintain strong relationships and provide practical solutions to help increase customers for future growth and profitability.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with a regular schedule of visits.
- Regular assessment of your own region including marketing and production advice.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, well-developed relationship management skills, exceptional communication skills, and be a strong self-motivator. You will also demonstrate the following essential attributes:
- Experience in Pig production.
- Be commercially astute with proven ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to travel regularly within your territory and occasionally interstate.
- A Degree in agricultural discipline is a benefit but not a necessity.
