Allstar Blue is actively seeking an experienced Belt Splicing Supervisor for a residential role based inKarratha WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all belt splicing (Steel cord and Fabric)
- Plan, organise, coordinate, control and support the crew's workload.
- Undertake Safety Audits and Corrective Action.
- Engage with Customers to understand and deliver their needs.
- Accurately complete the necessary paperwork associated with Safety and Splicing.
- Report any incidents, hazards or near misses
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Belt Splicing Supervisor
- Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations
- Extensive Steel cord and fabric experience
- Strong commitment to Safety
- Strong leadership and supervisor skills
