The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, to provide second line support for all services provided by our wider Infrastructure Team and to manage the NUIT Data Centres.

You will represent the area as a subject matter expert (SME) and deliver excellent operational support through proactive measurement and monitoring of services.

In order to be successful, you should have a technical background in our core technologies, including server and operating system management, networking, telephony and virtualisation technologies on premise and in the cloud.

You will have demonstrable experience in supporting and delivering infrastructure operation services to complex and geographically diverse organisations, along with management and operation of data centres.

You will have a customer centric approach to your delivery, improving value, and quality.

This is a place-based opportunity, based in our Newcastle city campus and requires on site working.
