South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Resuscitation Practice Development Manager to help lead our new Resuscitation Practice Development Team, providing operational oversight of the resuscitation service across the Trust and ensuring our practice reflects national guidelines and Resuscitation Council (UK) standards.
You will:

- Deputise for the Lead for Resuscitation, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making at Trust level.
This role combines clinical expertise, education, and leadership to make a genuine difference to patient outcomes. If that sounds like you, we'd love you to apply.

- Providing line management of the resuscitation team, including supervision, recruitment, and performance management.
- Supporting development and implementation of the resuscitation policy, contributing to clinical governance committees.
- Supporting the Trust's response to changes in national guidelines and evolving team structure, working with the Lead for Resuscitation.
- Supporting workload planning and the management of serious incidents, including debriefing and structured feedback.
