South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Resuscitation Practice Development Manager to lead the new Resuscitation Practice Development Team. The role oversees resuscitation services across the Trust, ensuring practices meet national guidelines and RC UK standards.
You will line-manage Resuscitation Practice Development Nurses/Paramedics, design and evaluate education, and work with the Learning & Development Team to translate training into improved patient safety across the Trust.
