Alloggio is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our Beach Property Group portfolio, based on Bokarina and Mooloolaba, Australia. You'll be the face of the business to property owners, Body Corporate Committees, guests and the local team, accountable for performance, relationships, people and growth of the portfolio.
This hands-on leadership role sits within a national platform and offers opportunities to drive commercial performance, onboard new buildings and coach a local team.
