Warehouse Assistant – Narangba QLD

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Narangba warehouse. To be considered you must:

• Currently live within commuting distance of Narangba, QLD
• Have your own reliable transport to get to and from work
• Hold a current forklift licence
• Hold a current Australian driver's licence
• Have the right to work in Australia

The Role

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced warehouse position that sits at the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered — the right product, correctly packed, on time, every time. You'll also play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and looking sharp. Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking, packing, checking, and labelling orders for dispatch
• Processing customer returns and hire equipment with thorough record‑keeping
• Receiving, unloading, and checking in inbound stock — reporting any defects
• Replenishing bulk and picking stock bays to keep the floor operational
• Booking freight and coordinating pickups as required
• Assisting with deliveries and pickups as a driver when needed
• Maintaining WHS compliance and a clean, safe, well presented warehouse
• Supporting the maintenance and processing of hire equipment
• Participating constructively in warehouse meetings
