  • Learn from multiple disciplines: Work closely with OTs, physiotherapists, dietitians and early childhood teachers.
  • Continuous learning: Regular internal PD sessions, weekly team meetings and quarterly team catch-ups.
  • Total flexibility: No set working hours. Design your own schedule and work from home for admin and planning.
  • Excellent bonuses: Earn additional money for every billable hour above your achievable KPI, with systems designed to help you succeed.
  • Extra paid days off: Earn an additional paid day off for every 200 billable hours completed to support your wellbeing and prevent burnout.
  • Protected admin time: Realistic workloads with dedicated time for reports, planning and documentation.
  • Incredible clinical variety: Work across all areas of speech pathology, including complex disability, AAC, dysphagia, paediatrics, neurological conditions and more.
