  • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across onboarding, compliance, and operational systems
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees and contractors, including documentation, compliance checks, and system setup
  • Coordinate student placements, including liaising with universities and placement students on requirements and paperwork

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, professional phone manner and customer service approach
  • Comfortable learning and troubleshooting basic office systems/software (phone systems, invoicing tools, etc.)
  • High accuracy with data entry and document preparation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to work on-site in Seven Hills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience drafting or reviewing service agreements or contracts
  • Experience with invoicing/finance administration (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar)
  • Experience working with allied health, disability, or NDIS sectors

Friendly, supportive team culture

A varied role with genuine ownership over operations and processes

Full-time, stable hours with room for flexibility

Work that makes a genuine difference in people's lives
