Alliance SI is seeking an experienced COO to translate strategy into practical, organisation-wide priorities. You will lead People & Culture, governance, risk, HSE and quality across multiple sites and projects, partnering with the CEO and Board on performance and accountability.
You will drive execution, build capable teams, strengthen controls and ensure timely reporting of performance and emerging risks to leadership and stakeholders.
