Alliance Nursing is seeking Personal Care Workers (PCAs) to support healthcare services across both public and private hospitals. Current opportunities:
- Current PCA shifts at major public and private hospitals
- Location: Predominantly Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, and some surrounding areas
- AM, PM, and ND shifts available
What you'll need:
- 6+ months paid PCA or AIN experience in a Hospital setting
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Ageing
- Current Employee National Police Check
- Employee Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- Current immunisation (2026 Influenza vaccine and 3 x Covid-doses)
- Up-to-date serology (Hep B, Varicella, MMR, and DTP)

- Support mobility, hygiene, and wellbeing needs
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff
