As our business continues to grow, we’re strengthening our operations team and are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant to take ownership of our Alexandria warehouse.
About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse role with full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
You’ll be trusted to run the space independently – managing stock flow, keeping standards high, and ensuring technicians have exactly what they need to do their jobs efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who has already been responsible for keeping a warehouse running smoothly.
The role is full-time with a 9am start, working closely with warehouse manager, installation teams, service technicians, and office staff.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ownership of daily warehouse operations
- Receiving, checking, and booking in all incoming stock
- Picking, preparing, and dispatching materials for technicians
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Proactively monitoring low-stock items and coordinating reorders
- Managing warranty items, supplier returns, and discrepancies
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant at all times
- Supporting technicians with parts and materials required for daily jobs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running day-to-day warehouse operations
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confidence using inventory or stock management systems
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for outcomes
- Clear communicator who works well with trades and office staff
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience with walkie stackers or pallet lifters is highly regarded
