Due to the ongoing expansion of our local operations, an exciting new position has been created within our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of funeral service, including:
- Conducting and assisting at funerals and services
- Transferring the deceased from homes, hospitals and aged care facilities
- Assisting with police and coronial transfers
- Operating the cremator, with full training provided
- Preparing, presenting and washing vehicles
- Cleaning and general maintenance of the funeral home
The role is physically demanding and involves regular lifting and carrying. It includes an after-hours on-call roster, with some evening and weekend work.

About You
- Compassionate, reliable and well presented

- Adaptable, able to multitask, and keen to learn as part of a team
- Hold a current full driver's licence
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
