All Trees Perth is a family-run arboriculture business based in Connolly. We're looking for a highly organised, experienced Admin Assistant to support our Admin & Accounts Manager, Bec, and help keep our busy operation running smoothly.
You'll be Bec's right-hand person. You'll handle the day-to-day admin, scheduling and customer contact so the team can focus on the work. You won't be running the office on your own. You'll be part of a supportive team, but we'll rely on you to own your tasks and get them right.
This role is fully remote. The hours fit within school times, sport days and assemblies.
Your Role:
- Phones & enquiries: Answering calls and enquiries professionally and promptly
- Job scheduling: Coordinating crews, equipment and customer availability
- Quotes: Booking quotes and managing the quoting calendar
- Customer follow-up: Following up with customers and keeping job records accurate and up to date
- Supporting Bec: Providing general admin support as needed
You're our person if you have:
- -At least 3 years' experience in an administration role
- -Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- -Proven ability to manage a busy schedule and juggle competing priorities
- - Confidence with computers and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- - Self-motivation and reliability, with the ability to work independently from home
- - Experience in trades is highly regarded.Field services, HR or Accounts experience is also a strong advantage
- - Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in an admin role
