Qualified Plumber — Company Car (Ranger Wildtrak) + $3K Sign-On Bonus

All Spec Plumbing & Gas Solutions – Melbourne VIC

All Spec Plumbing is looking for a Qualified Plumber to join the team — no trade certificate required beyond your qualification, just solid hands-on experience and a good attitude.

Here's what's on the table:

• $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid once you complete your trial period.
• $50–$65 per hour plus commission — the harder you work, the more you take home.
• Company car — Ford Ranger Wildtrak — provided, fuel card included.
• Maintenance and service work only — no new builds, no chasing slabs or first/second fix on a construction site. Clean, varied jobs.
• Freedom to run your own jobs — No one breathing down your neck or micromanaging your day.

Most plumbing ads in Melbourne right now read the same: \"career growth,\" \"supportive team,\" \"great rates.\" We're not going to tell you we're different — we're going to show you with real numbers and real work.

If you're a qualified plumber who wants to be paid well, driven well, and left to do your job,
