Join the team as our Cafe Manager in an inner city Mildura cafe. We are currently seeking a talented individual with a proven track record of leadership to manage our Cafe & watersports. As the Cafe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the cafe and assist in the rental of the water sports equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing full-service restaurants or clubs. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams and are required to be hands-on, ensuring that operational standards and procedures are consistently met and exceeded. The successful candidate will also have a valid RSA and Food Handlers certificate.
