Different accents. Same pride in the job. At All Roofing Services, our team comes from all over the world. What brings us together is simple: good people who work hard, look after each other and care about the work they leave behind.
We’re looking for an experienced roof plumber who shares that approach. You bring the skills. We’ll back you with the setup. We book the jobs, organise the materials and give you the support and equipment to get on with the work.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Good pay that recognises your skills and contribution.
- A ute, fuel card and tolls covered.
- Some tools supplied, along with all your consumables.
- Work booked in and materials organised for you.
- Support from our office, logistics and site teams.
- A serious approach to safe access and site setup—our owner also co-owns a scaffolding company.
- Team production games, with quarterly or annual rewards when we hit shared goals.
- A bought lunch for the crew when a five-star review comes in.
- An involved HR manager who enjoys looking after the team and recognising good work.
The work established in 2009, All Roofing Services carries out residential roof replacements, repairs and related roofing work across Sydney, with our office and warehouse in Auburn. Your work will include metal roof sheeting, battens, insulation and blanket, flashings, cappings, skylights, vents, gutters and downpipes. Tile repairs and roof replacements. We take pride in the whole job—from setting up a safe site to checking the finished work and leaving the place clean.
Who we’re looking for: You’re an experienced roof plumber who:
- Takes pride in quality, watertight work.
- Works efficiently and keeps safety front of mind.
- Turns up ready for a 7 am start.
- Pulls their weight and works well with others.
- Treats customers, neighbours and teammates respectfully.
- Follows the work order, checks the details and completes the job records.
We value people who take responsibility, get stuck in and want the whole team to succeed.
Let’s make sure it’s a good fit: A paid, in-person work trial forms part of our hiring process. You’ll get to meet the crew and see how we operate, and we’ll get to see how you work. It’s a chance for both sides to decide whether it feels right.
Our first preference is to find the right person here in Australia. If we can’t, we’re open to considering an overseas candidate seeking a long-term place in the team, with skilled sponsorship considered where eligibility and requirements are met. An in-person trial would still be required before a final hiring decision.
Sound like your kind of team?
