We are seeking an experienced Glazier/Glass Replacement Specialist to join our team at All Glass Gold Coast Pty Ltd in Nerang, QLD. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality glazing and glass replacement services to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Residential & Commercial Glass Replacements for Aluminum & Timber Windows & Doors
- Installation of New Windows & Doors
- Installing of New Commercial Shopfront & Internal Partitions
- Installing of Mirrors & Shower Screens
- Fabrication & Installation of Insect Fly Screens & Invisi-Gard Security Screens
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to safely and efficiently complete all glass installation and replacement tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering product recommendations, and delivering a professional and courteous service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
About you:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified Glazier or in a similar glass installation/replacement role
- Minimum 4 years of experience within glass replacements (E.g. Reglazing)
- Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass products
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to workplace health and safety
- Experience within Fabrication of Security Screens & Commercial Products is favorable
- Team player
