Working closely with operations, HSE, finance, and senior leadership, you will drive consistency across plant systems, improve utilisation, and support strategic asset decisions. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands both the operational demands of construction and energy projects and the importance of disciplined fleet and asset management at scale.

  • Support incident investigations relating to plant and equipment
  • Optimise utilisation, reduce downtime, and improve overall fleet efficiency
  • Manage supplier relationships, hire agreements, and service contracts
  • Support capital planning, replacement strategies, and cost control initiatives
