Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator

Looking for a flexible role with plenty of variety and room to make it your own?
We're looking for a Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator to join us at All About Caring.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a bit of variety. One day you might be creating social media content, the next helping organise an event, updating our contact lists or picking up the phone for a chat with a client or referrer.
We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive and comfortable getting on with things, but who also knows when to ask a question or bring something to the team's attention.
Best of all, we're offering genuine flexibility. The role is 20–25 hours per week, with the ability to work from home and flexibility around how you structure your hours.
What you'll get involved in
You'll work closely with our Client Engagement Team across:
- Social media content and channel management
- Canva and other marketing content
- Client and referrer communications
- Events and engagement activities
- CRM, contact lists and general administration
- Following up enquiries and keeping things moving
- Supporting the team with data, coordination and day-to-day tasks
We'd love to hear from you if...
- You're someone who sees what needs doing and gets onto it.
- You're organised, approachable and confident working independently. You enjoy dealing with people, aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and can communicate just as comfortably in writing as you can in conversation.
- Experience in administration, marketing, social media or graphic design would be ideal. Experience in disability or the NDIS would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.
