The Team
You'll work directly with the MD and a tight team (under 10 people)
Daily rhythm:
- Morning stand-ups
- Clear direction on priorities
- Fast decisions, no layers
Project Coordination & Support
- Support across 5–6 live projects
- Coordinate timelines, updates and communication
- Keep projects organised and on track
Admin & Execution
- Handle the day-to-day admin across projects
- Update docs, track progress, follow things up
- Make sure nothing gets missed
General \"Get It Done\" Work
- Fill gaps, solve problems, chase things up
- Work across whatever is needed to keep projects moving
Who we're looking for
- Have 3+ years in a project admin/coordinator role (Absolute minimum)
- Experience within the construction industry
- Be comfortable on-site and hands-on role
- Be hungry, methodical and reliable
- Take direction well and execute without fuss
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and quality.
- Be based in the Western Suburbs

Must-haves
- 3+ years in a similar role - Project Admin/Project Coordinator/contract admin - ideally within construction & Building
- Construction industry experience
- Comfortable working on-site full-time
- Strong organisation + follow-through
- Solid Excel / Microsoft Office skills / Tech Savvy
- Can connect the dots and learn on the go
Nice to have
- Modular construction experience
