What You'll Do:
- Design challenging chemistry problems across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more.
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous, well-documented reasoning.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry.
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI handles complex scientific content.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains.
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
- No prior AI experience required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models.
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines.
