Aligned Leisure is seeking a Fitness Captain to lead teams across Bass Coast Health Club and Group Fitness programming. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, support members to achieve health goals, and ensure environments are welcoming and well presented.
You will oversee daily Health Club operations, supervise fitness professionals and instructors, and help drive participation, retention and safety aligned with our community-focused values.
