At Aligned Chiro, we're looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our high-tech, patient-focused clinic. You'll play a key role in our mission to naturally enhance health through chiropractic care - working closely with our team to transform lives.
12-18 Month Ascension Pathway
- Probation- $30.45/hr with full training to become autonomous in your role
- CA - $31.70/hr as you take on more responsibility
- Senior CA - $33/hr with the ability to train new Chiropractic Assistants
What You'll Do
- Own the front desk - greet and engage with patients
- Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments
- Perform admin tasks: accounts, stock management, and scheduling
- Assist the Chiropractor with nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults
- Book new patients, answer phone inquiries, and deliver exceptional care at every touchpoint
Your Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:40am - 12:15pm, 1:45pm - 6:00/6:30pm
