ALH Hotels is seeking a Venue Support Officer to join Kirribilli and Summer Hill Hotels.
You will deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and face-to-face enquiries, and maintain data integrity in ALH systems.
Responsibilities include completing POS reconciliations, stock control and stocktakes, ensuring privacy and confidentiality, supporting the Venue team on the floor at peak times, and contributing ideas in team meetings.
