We're looking for a full-time Bistro Manager to help lead the team.
- A Day In The Life Of a F&B Supervisor
- Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
- Help manage the bistro floor and lead by example.
- Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
- From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
- Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e. g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
- You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
- You are able to work 7AM - 4PM or 11AM to 9PM (Weekends included).
- You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
- You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
- Some experience in a supervisor role highly regarded but not essential.
