We have stores in Collaroy and Glenhaven NSW and Bundall and Albion Qld and a strong online store.
We are looking for Pick Packers to join our team on a Christmas casual basis. Your role would be to pick and pack homewares for mail distribution.
Key responsibilities include
- Printing and sorting new orders
- Accurately and efficiently pick/pack all order
- Pack each order neatly and with care so that it positively represents the Alfresco Brand
- Check all products for faults before sending
- Gift wrapping
- Booking consignments through shipping platform (choosing which courier is most suitable)
- Handing over orders that could not be fulfilled to customer service team for customers to be emailed
- Assisting in organising Click & Collect orders for stores (Sending through paperwork, picking stock as requested, liaising with customer service when items are out of stock and fulfilling orders in system as required)
- Unpacking and inspecting returns
- General warehouse duties such as unpacking new stock and restocking shelves
- Filling all packaging supplies
- Assisting with stocktakes
- Quality checking products when shipments arrive
- Physically fit and must be able to lift heavy boxes
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail.
This hours for this role are 7.30am – 3.30pm and we have shifts available 5 days a week.
