Alfabs Group, via Alfabs Engineering & Services, is seeking a Senior Estimator to own and secure major tenders across infrastructure, mining, energy and construction. You’ll drive the estimate from scope, method, risk, and pricing through to submission and handover, collaborating closely with BD, engineering and operations.
You’ll bring 5–7+ years of estimating in heavy industry, develop strategies for $10M–$40M projects, and mentor junior team members while supporting tender improvement.
