Alessandra is an Australian women's fashion label with a strong focus on quality, timeless design and a distinctive brand aesthetic.
We are looking for a creative and digitally confident Digital Creative & Marketing Coordinator to join our team 2 days per week.
This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, AI creative, social media, EDMs and Shopify/e-commerce.
The Role
Working closely with our team, you will create and coordinate digital content across our key channels, including:
- Designing EDMs, social media content, website banners and digital campaigns
- Creating and editing fashion imagery and promotional assets
- Developing content for new collections, product launches and campaigns
- Managing and creating social media content for Instagram
- Updating creative content and imagery through Shopify
- Using AI tools to develop, enhance and expand creative content
- Maintaining a consistent and premium Alessandra brand aesthetic
About You
We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and digitally savvy, with:
- Strong graphic design skills and an excellent eye for aesthetics
- Experience with Photoshop and other creative programs
- Experience creating social media and EDM content
- Shopify or e-commerce experience
- Confidence using AI creative tools
- An understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- A genuine interest in fashion and visual content
This role would suit someone who can take an idea from concept through to finished creative, while understanding how that content supports an e-commerce business.
