Kew Spice on High in Kew, VIC, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to oversee curry and tandoor sections in a busy kitchen. You will lead daily kitchen operations, develop recipes and menus, and ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
We require 1–3 years of Indian chef experience and formal kitchen management training. You will train junior staff, manage stock, and liaise with front-of-house to meet customer preferences while maintaining cost control.
