Be part of a privately owned medical centre just 10 minutes from Sydney CBD, with a loyal patient base and strong demand. The purpose-built practice is neat and well-equipped, with two large waiting areas, a treatment room, a psychology and counselling room, an allied health gym space and a garden for lunchtime breaks. Online bookings, self check-in and AI-assisted consult notes keep things running smoothly.
You will be backed by three reception staff, 2-3 nurses and two on-site pathology collection rooms open 7 days. The practice is accredited, teaches medical students and draws a varied patient base, including steady airport-related occupational health work. The clinic is also about 10 minutes' drive from the airport, with a bus stop outside and a train station a short walk away. There is on-site parking for doctors, plus popular cafés, bakeries and markets within walking distance.
Suitable for GPs with General Practitioner – Specialist Registration, or Specialist Registration 19AB or Expedited Pathway.
- Percentage Split: 60% (subject to individual candidate skills, hours and contract)
- Additional Incentives: $170/hour minimum guarantee for the first 3 months
- Relocation package negotiable for overseas GPs, up to $10,000 (subject to a 12-month repayment provision)

- Academic exemptions available for eligible GPs through a university relationship, with UK GPs able to rotate between two sister clinics (6 months at each)
