Alder Constructions is a multidisciplinary construction company known for our focus on quality and for delivering technically and logistically complex projects. We service a broad cross section of clients and deliver outstanding results across the health, infrastructure, education, retail, commercial, hospitality, industrial, manufacturing, defence and community sectors.
This full-time position requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of site management experience. We have been successful in securing works in SEQ, with projects between Gold Coast, Brisbane, Redland Bay, Logan and Beaudesert. This role will be site-based and report through to the Project Manager in our Brisbane office.
Ideally, you will be a Site Manager with a hands-on approach, a strong trade background and credibility gained from successfully completing building projects across various sectors and clients. An enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of committed professionals.
About You
You will be a self-driven individual who is adept at implementing programs, forecasting the workflow, proficient in coordinating trades, committed to conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes, and possess high-quality communication skills. You will align with our commitment to community, environmental and sustainable business practices.
