Alchemy Saunas is hiring two Area Coordinators to support our North and South WA venues. These permanent part-time roles offer 22.8 hours per week across 3 days, with travel between venues from our East Fremantle HQ.
You’ll coordinate staffing, maintain standards and streamline communications in a hands-on operations environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll cover rostering, staff onboarding and engagement, and help implement new processes while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
