Albury City is seeking a Permanent Full Time Team Leader to provide leadership, supervision and coordination of Concrete and Drainage crews, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of construction and maintenance programs, meeting quality, timeframes and budget objectives.
You will oversee staff management including timesheets, rostering, recruitment and performance development, while supervising external contractors to meet contractual obligations and Council standards.
