Albright & Wilson is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our Wetherill Park site.
You will manage a team of five, oversee external contractors, and drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
You will develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, supervise maintenance staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and monthly reporting.
