This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Cluster Manager, based in Sydney, NSW. The Retail Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple boutique locations, ensuring a consistent, high-level customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and mentoring retail teams

Qualifications:
- Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Prior experience in retail or jewellery industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with retail management systems is a plus
