We are seeking experienced Excavator and Bobcat Operators to join our team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and reliable operators looking for consistent, full-time work, competitive above-award rates and long-term opportunities. You will operate excavators and bobcats across various worksites, supporting excavation, earthmoving and site preparation activities while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely and efficiently operate excavators and bobcats
- Carry out excavation, trenching, loading and general earthworks
- Assist with site preparation, levelling and clean‑up
- Follow site plans, instructions and safety procedures
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues
- Work collaboratively with other operators and site personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience operating excavators and bobcats
- Experience in civil construction, earthmoving or similar environments
- Relevant tickets, licences or qualifications
- A current White Card (preferred)
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable work ethic and punctuality
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions
