AKD Softwoods is seeking an Internal Legal Counsel to support the business with timely and effective legal advice and to protect AKD's legal and commercial interests. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, this role will touch all aspects of the business, with exposure to commercial contracts, due diligence, and M&A.
Based at Colac or North Lakes, with flexible hours including part-time arrangements for the right candidate, you will review material supply.
