AirTrunk is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Western Sydney to lead customer engagements for hyperscale data centres across the APAC region. You will drive end-to-end delivery from fit-out through go-live, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met with high customer satisfaction.
You will be onsite full-time, collaborate with Operations, Development and other teams, and play a key role in reporting, audits and continuous improvement.
