We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects. The role is offered on a contract basis and includes a daily site allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues
- Foster a strong safety-first culture across the project
About You
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership position
- Minimum 10 years' experience in site-based construction supervision
- Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements, construction work packs and project reporting
- Experience on BESS, substation, high-voltage or transmission projects will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
