Airserve Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated Air Conditioning Apprentice (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year) to join our growing team.

We specialise in residential and light commercial air conditioning, including installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs. We offer stable, varied work and genuine long-term career opportunities for the right person.
Role Overview
As an Air Conditioning Apprentice with Airserve Air Conditioning, you will work alongside qualified technicians and senior apprentices while completing your apprenticeship and gaining hands‑on experience in the industry.
Your role will involve learning and assisting with:
- Installation of ducted, split and VRV air conditioning systems
- Servicing and maintenance of residential and light commercial systems
- Assisting with fault finding and repair work under supervision
- Learning correct installation practices, safety procedures, and industry standards
- Exposure to a variety of job types, including:
- New home builds (construction)
- Warranty and insurance work
- Schools, apartments, and maintenance work
- Predominantly residential work, with light commercial exposure
You will receive ongoing training, support, and mentoring to help you develop your skills and progress through your apprenticeship.
