Airport Retail Group Australia is expanding our teams across multiple Brisbane Airport venues, and we’re looking for energetic, customer‑focused Baristas and All‑Rounders to join us.
Come join our large team with four premium openings include Mountain Culture Beer Co. in both Domestic and International terminals, alongside two branded coffee venues. Each day, you’ll be welcoming thousands of travellers from around the world, delivering standout hospitality experiences before they take to the skies.
Shifts times vary between: 4:30am starts to 01:30am finishes
About the Role
If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love the unique energy of the airport, this role is for you. We’re seeking team members who can deliver great service, work efficiently, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Food & Beverage or Barista experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A proactive, customer‑focused approach
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high‑performing team
- Must have reliable transport due to early starts and late finishes
